As a local home-builder I have dealt with a LOT of real estate agents and I choose Diane Van Alstyne and her team. I have bought and sold many properties with her and I cannot imagine using anyone else. The quality that separates Diane from many others is that she will always "do the right thing". She genuinely cares about her clients and will guide them down a path that is best for them, not her. She is generous, kind, thoughtful, trustworthy and knowledgeable (the list could go on and on). Diane is always a quick phone call away, whether it is 5am, 9pm or anywhere in between. She understands the market very well and knows how to get around obstacles that will inevitably come into play. We have been working together over 10 years and I wouldn't use anyone else. I would fully recommend her to anyone!
